slopk Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and slopk ("slopk", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the slopk platform, including its website at slopk.net, all casino games, sports betting services, fishing arcade titles, and any associated features or content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the slopk Platform, creating an account, or using any slopk service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with slopk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the slopk Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The slopk Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering an account with slopk, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. slopk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If slopk determines or reasonably suspects that a User is under 18 years of age, slopk will immediately suspend the relevant account, void all bets and game activity placed by that account, and forfeit any associated balances in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Local Law Compliance. Access to and use of the slopk Platform must comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of slopk is lawful in your location. slopk does not make any representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, available, or lawful in any particular jurisdiction. By using slopk, you confirm that online gambling and sports betting are not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each user may register only one (1) slopk account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. slopk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated betting and gaming activity, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts without prior notice.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the slopk registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Provision of false or misleading information, including false identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). slopk may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary by slopk for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

3. Account Management and Security

3.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slopk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. slopk will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify slopk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your slopk account. slopk will investigate such reports and take reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will not occur.

3.3 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your slopk account — including bets placed, games played, and deposits or withdrawals made — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified slopk of suspected unauthorised access prior to such activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. slopk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). slopk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your slopk account settings. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, bonus wagering requirement completion. slopk will process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable payment processing conditions. slopk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds into your slopk account from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms. All slopk promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and any other incentive ("Bonus") are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each slopk promotion and form part of the overall agreement between you and slopk.

5.2 Bonus Abuse. slopk reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — where slopk determines or reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion, use of automated software, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or any activity that slopk deems contrary to the spirit of the relevant promotion.

5.3 No Obligation. slopk is under no obligation to offer any Bonus to any User and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game, slot title, live dealer game, and sports betting market available on slopk is governed by specific rules displayed within or alongside each game or market. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before wagering. slopk will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to understand applicable rules.

6.2 Void Bets. slopk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds, placed due to a technical error, or placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will be refunded to your slopk account at the original stake amount.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game session on slopk, the relevant round or bet may be voided. slopk will endeavour to resolve such situations fairly and within a reasonable timeframe but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, in connection with your use of slopk, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one slopk account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the slopk Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any fraudulent financial activity through slopk;
• Accessing or using slopk from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to access another user's slopk account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that slopk reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to the interests of the Platform or other users.

Breach of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the slopk Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements, is the intellectual property of slopk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the slopk Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any slopk content without prior written consent from slopk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slopk, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the slopk Platform, including but not limited to: losses incurred through gambling or betting activity; losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors; losses arising from unauthorised account access; or losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the Platform.

slopk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The slopk Platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Responsible Gaming
